Affordable, Quality New Construction

#1 You pick the land you want!

Yes, we will help you find the right lot; anywhere from Snohomish to Lewis County.

#2 You pick the home you want!

Simply go to Clayton Homes in Lacey, WA and ask for Lorenzo (he’s the manager). Tell him you’re working with Billy Sarno. All lots are listed with the “Let It Be” model (1,450 sq ft | 3 bed, 2 bath). That model is on site for you to look at. But if you want something smaller or larger, no problem, simply pick out the home you want. We will then adjust the price accordingly.

#3 You choose your financing plan:

New Construction Loan (saves your 3% on total cost)!

We front the cost and complete the project, you get a traditional FHA, VA, USDA, or Conventional loan from any lender. You pay $10,000 non refundable earnest money, we build it for you, you buy it from us when we are done!
